Adjacent to the restaurant, underneath the hunting chamber, is the wine cellar. In this functionally arranged 300 years old cellar, the guest himself may select the wine. There are more than 150 different wines. The red wine are stored at drinking temperature (18-19 degrees Celsius); while the white wines are stored in refirgerated cupboards.
The 'spoom', a drink inbetween the different courses, can also be served here.
